The Study Of Objective Evaluation Method Of Sound Quality

With the increasing demand for congeniality of product, as an important part of congeniality of product, the sound quality of product has been paid great attention to. The traditional objective evaluation method is not the same as the research of product's sound quality because of it's ignoring the subjective perception of human. But the general method of evaluation of sound quality which is carried out with people on-line has the limitation of efficiency, cost, time and so forth, so it is necessary to establish objective evaluation method which is the foundation of designing sound quality.The basic characteristic of human physiology and audial identity are discussed in this paper in detail. Base on it, general objective evaluation method of sound quality is established, but the method is simply. In allusion to the condition that the conception of objective evaluation method of sound quality is obscure, the difference between sound quality and sound character is expounded. And then the objective conception of sound quality is given that is not build upon the subjective perception of human. Base on the conception, a kind of objective evaluation method is brought forward, which is depending on the physiology.Finally, the new evaluation method is demonstrated simply by a example. And this method will be useful to the sound quality design of product.
