Recently, the rotors of helicopters are the main cause of vibration and the vibration will cause the parts of helicopters to be damaged by fatigue and other adverse effects. With the elevation of the request for helicopters' performance, smart rotors receive more and more attention and become a focus in the research of realm of helicopter engineering. Presently, the most suitable of all the smart actuation materials in question is piezo-element. In this essay, a full analysis is given to the basic principles and attributes of piezo-element as well as the corresponding circuit. The vibration modes are analyzed by ANSYS. Through a resolver to acquire the reference signal of adaptive filter, the active control of vibration can be realized by employing the adaptive feed-forward The experiment shows that better effect of the reduction of vibration can be obtained by the control mode with torsion in the base of the blade。 The transmission of sensor signals and control signals is very important. Therefore, in order to attain the high reliability, long durability and the ability to resist the disturbance, and what's more important, to live up to the practical request for working in the bad conditions, the Non-contact mode of signal transmission is necessary. In this system, the measured signal and control signal are transmitted through magneto-electric coil .In the system, which is discussed in this essay, the technology of PCM can turn into reality the Non-contact of signals Transmission and has proved to be highly effective.
