Collaborative Decision Making (CDM), the advanced method of air traffic flowmanagement (ATFM), was systemically and deeply analyzed. The theory anddevelopment situation of the theory of ATFM, and specific description of single andmultiple airport ground holding procedures were first introduced. Then the groundholding strategy in deterministic multiple capacity case was introduced. After that, thetheory and main algorithm of CDM, data transmission and the implementation process ofGDP were deeply discussed; the utilization of CDM in handling approach queue andcapacity optimization and the algorithm of Arrival and Departure Traffic Flow werepresented. Then the simulation system of real situation from Guangzhou was constructed,and the economic value of CDM was validated. Finally, according to the current situationin China, the further improvement of the implementation of CDM was studied. At the endof this thesis, the prospect of the study in ATFM was presented. |
