| The positions of many sectionalizing switches and tie switches were selected according to experiences without strict calculations. So choosing exact position of sectionalizing switches and tie switches is very helpful for the improvement of reliability and economic effect of distribution network.The reliability of the distribution networks of city zone of Beijing is evaluated by classical reliability theory using historical data, and through analysis of the evaluation results. The mathematical model of optimal switch allocation is established by taking devices cost, maintenance fee, devices reliability and time value of fund into account. Because optimal switch allocation is a non-linear integral programming problem, GA (Genetic Algorithm) is the most preferred method to solve this problem. The evaluation function and coding/decoding rule of chromosome are also discussed. And structural optimization of typical distribution lines of city zone of Beijing is gained by this method.the mathematical model proposed in this paper is simple but practical, that can fulfill the requirements of reliability and economy; GA is a very effective and practical method to solve this kind of non-linear integral programming problems. |
