With the constant consumption of primary energy, and the constant improvement of the distributed power generation technology, distributed generation is also more and more get people's attention, and proportion of distributed generation in power distribution network is becoming more and higher. The access of DG lead to a serious impact on voltage stability, power quality, network loss and so on, there is a close relationship between the effects above and the location and capacity of the access of distributed power. So researches on optimized configuration of distributed power supply are of important significance.In the paper, the optimal objective function of minimum network loss is firstly set up. Using SFOA algorithm in IEEE33 node distribution network testing system and solving the optimization model, the new algorithm can quickly search for optimal results.Secondly, consider a number of indicators such as the grid voltage stability, node voltage deviation and network loss, etc., Fuzzy theory and maximum satisfaction method are applied for solving optimization problems into overall maximum satisfaction value. As the PSO algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and late slow convergence characteristics, SFOA algorithm is combined with PSO algorithm with the jumping out of local optimal search mechanism and accelerating the shrinkage search mechanism. The objective function is optimized using the improved algorithm. The best solution is get with the overall satisfaction of every index to optimize.Finally, objective function of optimization is established with minimum DG investment cost and minimum network loss cost. Combined with the characteristics of GA and SFOA algorithm, by setting the algorithm jump points the way to combine two kinds of algorithms. Using IEEE33 node test system, the feasibility of the algorithm is verified, and the most economical planning scheme is achieved.Through the researches in this paper, the application of new algorithm in the optimal allocation of distributed power supply can provide safer and more economic optimization scheme.
