In order to know the damage essence deeply, we make a study of the distribution of stress and strain ,in the course we list the relation of stress and strain considering damage, we mainly establish the relation between the mesostructure and mechanics based on many theories. Mesodamage ralate solid mechanics with materials closely, With the higher requirement of material, it's necessary to study the damage deeply, in the past years ,we mainly focus on aviation, but nowadays we devote our energy to ship.We devote to studying the steel plate AH32 and establish the evolution equation using geometric and physics parameters. Then we build a set of damage models with the transition from macroscopic to the microscopic. We simulate and calculate the material with the American software Ansys. the following is including in the article:firstly, we point out the reason and possibility to select this topic and summarize the history and actuality of mesoscopic, and introduce the method briefly; in the first chapter, we introduce the basic theory, basic assumption, damage variable, mesoscopic and Gurson model. We devote the second chapter to study the Cubic Cellmode, the boundary and loading; in the third chapter, we simulate the model with three nodes and four nodes, and then compare the results. In the end we select the optimal loading and obtain the intensity, we difine a damage variable W to make the damage and hardening clearly.
