The study object of this article is double electromotor frequency conversion velocity modulation system. This system uses the slip frequency control theory to carry on the control, because the DC part of two transducers are parallel, when experiment may engender the energy feedback to achieve the energy conservation goal. After studying this system detailedly, this article designs this system in hardware and software again, on the foundation of slip frequency theory it gives the real-time torque speed control algorithm, introduces Computer closed loop control to actualize control and do a factual test with a detail analysis according to the testing figure, such as the analysis of torque idiosyncrasy, the effect of saving energy, ect., so extruding the performance of the system, which has laid the solid foundation to the later further research.
