The Scheme Of Planning And Development In Baolun Town

With the acceleration of urbanization and the practice of exploitation of west region in our country, Guangyuan, a medium city and a traffic hub of Sichuan, Shannxi, and Gansu, has been speeding up its construction of city. At present, the area of downtown is expanding rapidly, the population manifolds dramatically, and the land for the urban construction has got in a shortage increasingly. Because of the mountains on the north and the south, the expansion of the city has to rest on the extension on the east and the west.Through systematical analysis on general situation of the development of domestic and foreign satellite cities, and actualities of the economical and social development, the condition of physical geography, development vision of Baolun--Guangyuan's satellite town, and the opportunities and challenges it faces aswell, this thesis devoted to scheme Baolun's town planning, development and construction; put forward to move the central city zone of the City of Guangyuan to Baolun and adjust administration division of the City of Guangyuan; and expatiated on it was the need and aim of sustainable development of the City of Guangyuan and inevitable way to realize Guangyuan's urbanization.In consideration of the summary of the project, exploitation and construction of Baolun Town, the writer thinks, the development of the planet city in the west of our country is the important way of alleviating the illness of metropolitan cityand controlling the scale of cities, and it has specific significance of accelerating the tempo of urbanization and realizing the goal of the urbanization.
