Grey prediction controller uses the forecasting value from GM(1,1) based on a few samples to control the system behavior. Due to the forecasting values provide us some important information about future condition of system, so it is possible to control the system before. However, usually the conventional grey prediction controller reducing the overshot strongly but increasing the rise time of the system at the same time. In order to improve this shortcoming, novel clue on grey prediction controller are simulated via MATLAB. The principle of this novel clue is that the different forecasting step is adopted in different system response zone which is divided in terms of error. So this design can not only reduce the system overshoot efficiently but also can maintain the characteristic of the shorter rise time of system. It is obviously that MATLAB is available for the researching dynamic behavior of control system. Such that all the processes of computing, simulation and graphics in this thesis are taking base on MATLAB language. Nowadays most control methods focus on the stability of system. As developing of information technology and control technology, how to get better dynamic behavior by using least energy and information memory is demanded. The characteristic of grey prediction controller is few data and high quality. The innovation of this thesis is that focusing on integral quality instead of stability of system and reducing memory space to get economical information.
