| Prestressed double-storeyed rectangular tank, a new kind of structure combining advantages of prestressed technology and double-storeyed rectangular tank, comes into being with the development and application of modern prestressed technology. Since this kind of structure is new, the studies on prestressed double-storeyed rectangular tank are quite few. In this paper, structural performance and construction technology on the structure are mainly studied with the practical project of Weicun waterworks in Changzhou.Structural performance,(1) Basic analysis theory of the structure is founded by combining the bending theory of small deflection for thin elastic plate with the problem of plane stress, and finite element theory is used for mechanical analysis and calculation of it. (2) The performance of floor-ground interaction is studied, and the effects on interaction performance caused by the floor and ground stiffness, the wall and upper floor stiffness, load distribution, and ground model, etc. are analyzed in detail. It is presented that floor and ground stiffness is the most important factor, and it is also very important to select a suitable ground model. (3) The influence on mechanical performance of the wall caused by supporting effect of the walkway plate is amply analyzed through finite element method. The conclusion is drawn that geometrical size (width and height) and form of the walkway plate are main factors that influence deformation and inner force of wall. (4) The whole spacial structure of large-scale prestressed double-storeyed rectangular tank is analyzed with the practical project. By spot test, the theoretical analysis is verified to be correct and reliable.Construction technology,(1) According to particular characteristics of practical project, the flow of prestressed construction technology is determined. Moreover, technological difficulties and relevant measures of quality control are put forward. (2) The test for friction coefficient of the flat plastic corrugated pipe gives a result, , which is much smaller than traditional metal corrugated pipe's. (3) Optimization analysis and test are done to the prestressed structure, and the importance of checking during the process of prestressed construction is pointed out. (4) The quality of prestressed stretching is guaranteed by the principle of stress control and stretch adjusting. (5) The advantage of vacuum-assisted grouting technology is presented through the research of test and application of project. |
