| Bridge construction is the key link of building bridge. The level of bridge construction technology directly affects the development of building bridge, and construction control is an important part of construction technology, and runs through all stages in bridge construction.The Yushan bridge is located on the 319 Pengshui to Qianjiang national highway. The superstructure of the main part of the bridge is 94m+170m+94m prestressed concrete rigid-continuous frame bridge. The bridge use double-leg and thin-wall high pier, the design loads are automobile-20 and trailer-100.The thesis is the construction control working summary and research result of Yushan bridge, it is detailed the methods, the course, and the effect of bridge construction control, it is also gives the process and the analysis, the evaluation of the pier inspection and load test. After has introduced the project general situation of Yushan bridge briefly, it has narrated the organization construction and the information transferring system of the bridge; the following is the key part of the thesis, firstly, it has introduced the testing for the design parameter of the structure at site, the construction inspection in time for the line shape and stress, and the comparing and analysis with the theoretical result. Then, it has discussed the course and the analysis for the prefigurative deviation and the absolute altitude of the girder, the bridge closure and the bridge deck pavement, and the stress monitoring along with the construction phase. The reasonability of the inspection and its data analysis handling and correctness of construction control have been proved by the bridge closure smoothly and the load test. In the final, it has put forward some suggestion and cognition, and has pointed out existent problem and develop direction. The successful experience of the bridge construction control, has offered in this report, references for the construction control of the same type bridge in the future. |
