| The network planning of the urban rail transit is a sub-plan of the transport planning field, meanwhile, it is the important component of the comprehensive transport planning system. It becomes a research focus to domestic and international experts, because it has characteristics of strong system, profession, difficult technological degree, integrating multi-disciplinary, etc. There are its specific research contents in the network planning of the urban rail transit, its research is based on the master plan of the urban, land use plan, traffic current situation analysis and transport development strategy. Researching the systematic scale length of the rail that offers the decision basis to government's policymaker, it can keep balance between the fiscal revenues and traffic demand of the distant view for the local government. It takes the flow of passenger corridor as the direction and carries on the rail network shape framework analysis, and it can be identical between the shape framework and the local urban developing direction, leading factor of the urban flow of passengers, so it can be the foundation of the network to make the good social benefit. Finally, through the research of rail network scheme appraise, it gives a recommendation network scheme from a lot of initial network scheme. The recommendation network scheme will become a foundation to the financial budget of the local government, the project of calling for bid and the construction scheme of the near future.Aim at the monotonous current situation of the research about rail systematic scale length, the concept of rail scale length is analyzed in this paper, and the author brings forward that the concept system is made up of rational scale length, scale length of shape and the scale length of scheme. The three pieces of scale length concepts have been defined, and the modeling research of quantitative relation is based on the four kinds of basic shapes of rail network. What deserves to be mentioned that the author introduces the concept of the whole network patulous coefficient, and the scale length of shape and scale length of scheme can be contacted effectively, so that the research of quantitative relation between them becomes possible.The domestic current situation of shape framework makes on the determining the nature basically. This paper is based on thinking of shape framework in the general network, taking corridor sort research of the passengers as the leading factor, making the transfer terminal as the score, the relation of the shape framework and transfer terminal, loop line are proved by graphics mode. The author puts forward the thinking of shape framework which takes the transfer terminal as direction, presents the network in the center district and presents the radiation in the periphery area.This paper has also carried on the research that the rail network scheme of passengers test through TRANSCAD system. The rail network of passengers test is divided rationally, the different demands for the corresponding model of different stages is proposed, and the public transit model of rail network is established. Finally, the author points out the parameter in the value range rationally. The paper takes Zhengzhou city as examples to prove the passengers test. So, the research of TRANSCAD system in rail network is feasible and has certain using value. |
