Severity Indexing Research Of Near Midair Collisions In Accident Investgation

Great changes has taken place in china civil aviation since 1980s, and keep about 20 percent increasing rate every year. But some insecurity incidents, such as Near Midair Collision, happened frequently every year. How ever, we lack of good methods of assessing Near Midair Collision in our country.In this paper, we first analyze the accident investigation procedure and the standard of Near Midair Collision, and analyze the localization of Near Midair Collision in our country.Secondly, we discuss the reasons and types of Near Midair Collision, and analyze the connection between security and fatalness.Afterward, depending on the preceding analysis, we consult methods of assessing Near Midair Collision in other country, and analyze all kinds of influence factors to Near Midair Collision in Analytic Hierarchy Process, then we educe total cents of Severity Indexing, accordingly, we find out the Severity Indexing of Near Midair Collision, and establish the model of assessing Near Midair Collision. At the same time we analyze some cases of Near Midair Collision, find out the Severity Indexing of the Near Midair Collisions, and give some suggestions according to the method and model.Finally, we establish computer program of the model of evaluating Near Midair Collision in Visual FoxPro.
