Under the background of increasing information development; taking downstream of Ganjiang River as an example, the author presented the theoretical system and the construction frame of digital navigation channel. Then discussed the realization of digital navigation channel in Ganjiang River and developed the navigation channel management and maintenance model and the riverbed evolvement analytic model. Author integrated the one and two plane dimension mathematic model of water flow and sediment with Geography Information System. One can setup regulation engineering on the river channel as one want to. Then the influence of the channel regulation engineering to navigation channel can be visualized after calculating with the mathematic model. This can greatly help us to make a decision and actualize effectively some kind of channel regulation engineering. Finally, Depending on DEM data of the riverbed, the author simulated the real downstream of Ganjiang River successfully. The basal instrument to visualize the real navigation channel is three dimension visualized technique. On the base of those mentioned above, a frame structure of "digital navigation channel " is presented.
