The die contacting press is the special equipment of automobile die . In order to meet the requirements of the surface shape size, Surface crudeness degree ,and to finish the contacting process of the standard resin die and metal die,the two cylinder which drive the moving beams of the die contacting press should have a higher synchronism precision and moving steady function in a lower volocity.Because the moving beams' weight is more than 10 tons and its heavy inertia, so it is diffcult to realize the high synchronised precision and orientation, while easy to cause the phenomenon of creeping and vibration. So the paper has discussed the steady performance of the Y32-300 die contacting press and held a necessory theory analysis and experimental study on the characteristic of the system, went on computer emulation,analysed many elements to effect steady performance , measured its influencing degree, deduced the transfer function of the system ,and carried out the analysis.The paper has built maths model of hydraulic system, and carried out computer simulation with power bond graphs theory. Through the analysis of theory and computer simulation , the causes of creeping and vibration could be generalized , the critical velocity which easily causes of the creeping and the vibration could be defined . the theoretical guidance could be offer to design hydraulic system in the future.The paper has studied into the hydraulic system of two cylinders synchronization and accurate orientation ,then designed the synchronized system that could meet the requirement. In this hydraulic system , the portion of two cylinders with high synchronism precision has the fatal effect to the performance of the die contacting press .but it is very expensive for the system to be controlled by widen flow diameter servovalve , and the request for pure hydraulic oil and system is also rigorous. So the paper has adopted the methods of discharging the oil in spur track by electrohydraulic propertional valve so as to reduce the cost and meet the requirment.Finally, the paper outlined a double cylinders synchronism composed of an electrohdrulic proportional valve and other hydraulic elements,established the Dynamic mathematics model. As a single input and double controlling system,the dynamic response of this synchronism had been simulated in computer.
