In the light of the demand of communication method for the remote data acquisition system of railway distribution network and the shortage existing in the current communication method, an attempt to apply GSM SMS service in the remote data acquisition system of railway distribution network is introduced. Through the comparison among the economy, the reliability and the communication capability, the feasibility and the relative advantage of the data acquisition system based on the SMS service are synthetically demonstrated. A specific system resolution is confirmed.The job of this thesis is divided into three major parts: data acquisition of monitoring system, signal processing and display and keyboard in single chip microprocessor, receiving and transmitting of SMS.Data acquisition of monitoring system: Change the voltage on the line of high voltage, electric current signal into the voltage signal that the single chip microprocessor can gather through the mutual inductor, and then undergo rectification and filter circuit , then enter A/D converter. Design rectification and filter circuit at first, here according to the consideration of the requisition for precision of the data of the system and cost performance, choose A/D converter.Signal processing and display and keyboard in single chip microprocessor: The digital signal that the single chip microprocessor arrives gathering sends after dealing with LED to display. Choose the peripheral component in single chip microprocessor and display circuit at first. Design the structure of the hardware, and write the software according to the standard of operating.Receiving and transmitting of SMS: Transmit the cell-phone module through serial port, and then sent to the main website and received the end by GSM mobile communication network in data processing; the message that the cell-phone module receives is transmitted to the one-chip microprocessor through serial port. The one-chip microprocessor carries out various kinds of operation according to the message.It involves advances technology in many aspects, such as GSM SMS service, microprocessor, data acquisition, automatic control and electric power electron, etc. Especially in the hardware structure design of the communication system of single chip microprocessorand mobile module, have adopted the single chip microprocessor control system of the whole serial structure, which make the interfere circuit simple, transmit the distance far and improve the anti-interference ability.Through the arduous research of more than one year, this subject has already been finished basically. It was tested many times in data acquisition and receiving and transmitting of SMS and anti-interference ability, prove that reaches the anticipated designing requirement. .
