The paper introduces a new style of a supervisory system on dispatching decision-making of rail, which can monitor the real-time state of seven station fields along the 100 km railway or so. It makes better use of the advanced single chip technology, computer technology, the field data bus technology, the screen displaying technology of dynamic signal simulation and the existing equipments of special enterprising railway to improve the dispaching supervision at lower cost. The system is from the old one, which can run well. But there are a lot of problems in the old system, so we try hard to solve them and make it to be a new one according to the existing designing principles and methods. Therefore, we develop a new kind of station data repeater based on 2 CPUs and 2 Modems, which can transfer the data of the former stations and load its own data with multi-time, software serial port and multi communication on RS485 bus. For the sake of getting reliable data in the station fields, we also develop a new kind of data acquisition card facing with 6502 and 8502 information system. There is a multichannel serial data transmitter based on 4 CPUs, 3 Modems and 3 pieces of MAX485 that can transmit the data from several signal paths through 6 I/o ports in the monitoring center. Furthermove, it can transfer data through the Fiber, which puts a basis for the improvement of the system. Besides, we invent one kind of failure diagnose testing instrument which can detect the failure source of communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, RS422 and Modem to give a hand to the workers. The system lays emphasis on the anti-interference, especially on lighting protection. Now, the system is working well for railway of Zhengzhou Coal Corp.
