There are many problems in our country about Domestic Central Air Conditioner (DCAC), such as high energy cost, high first investment, bad quality, plentiful fault, etc. In order to solve these problems, combining with the design condition of DCAC, this thesis introduces the research of Domestic VRV Air Conditioner (DVRVAC) refrigeration system matching.We investigate the development history and status DCAC and design a 5HP DVRVAC refrigeration system, it is on the basis of consulting VRV unit of DAIKIN of Japanese. In the design, we take into account of many factors in the design, such as the refrigerant charge, the connecting refrigerant pipes, the manufacturing technology, the control, etc.Based on the performance and matching characteristics of the invert refrigerant compressor in cooling mode, synthetic utilizing pinch technology and optimization theory, we design and match a refrigeration system of DVRVAC, bring forward a ways and means of matching research. In addition, it is worked out that apply the Grey system theory in processing the data of a DVRVAC experiment and forecasting the performance of unit.Finally, tests validate the feasibility of the design, it will do good to the manufacture of the DVRVAC, and the extensive application.
