Diagnostic Neutral Beam (DNB) equipment can provide TOKAMAK with neutral beam for diagnostic. The running parameters of plasma can be analyzed by impinging plasma of TOKAMAK with diagnostic neutral beam. DNB power measurement system gets the value and distribution of power before injecting the particles to TOKAMAK, so that the DNB system can be easily controlled.This article introduces the design and research process of DNB power measurement system, including scheme argumentation of power measurement system design , system structure .function and working theory; several tache are discussed which include amplifying and adjustment circuit of thermocouple signals of 14 channels, the circuit of over-voltage safeguard, the design and debugging of function cells such as data acquisition card and local acquisition computer, signal transmission and harmony in the function cells, local data process. Using TCP/IP network communication protocol and Client/Server programme mode, network data transmission between acquisition PC and main-control room is realized, so that the whole power measurement process can be monitored and manipulated from the main-control room.There are two kinds of method which are used in DNB power measurement system for measuring the power of diagnostic neutral beam. That is, on the one way , with given beam impulse breadth , the energy value of the target is determinate by measuring the energy increment of cooling water; on the other hand , the energy density of the whole target can be simulated from the measured power densities of horizon and vertical orientations, then the integral energy can be obtained. The introduction and comparison between the two measurement ways are embodied in the article. In addition, the creditability of the two measurement results is also analyzed.
