The Research On Design Of The CPL01 Coil Packaging Line

Coil Packaging Line which is composed of some packaging and transportation machines is being used to pack cold or hot rolling coil. It can improve the efficiency of coil packaging work and reduce the labour intensity. Coil Packaging Line has been used in lots of steel corporations.This paper research the design of the CPL01 coil packaging line. The main contents of this article are:1) Analyzed the operation principle, the packaging process and the packaging and transportation machines.2) Analyzed the packaging period and the coil transportation method.3) Analyzed the design method of the walking beam and the outer paper packaging aid. Introduced the finite element analysis of the coil transportation machine.4) Introduced the principle of the hydraulic transmission system. Introduced the application of proportional velocity regulating valve in the speed control of walking beam.5) Analyzed the PID control method for locating control of the coil transportation car.6) Introduced the realization method of the automation control system based on the field bus.
