| Self-erection system is applied to construction of most of modern large span concrete bridges. In the process of construction, cantilever beam is changing continuously because of the gravity of concrete, the stretching force, the load and temperature variation etc. In order to ensure the bridge linearity and force can accord with design, flexibility deformation and force has to be monitored. So the simulation analysis of the overall structure of the bridge at the various construction stage should be conducted.First the simulation analysis of the overall structure of 100 meters span continuous beam bridge of Dengkou Yellow Bridge at the various construction stage is conducted with MIDAS/Civil. Then forecasting method and analyzes the results of the bridge flexibility deformation and force is calculated with grey system model.This thesis mainly contains the following fruits:(1) In this paper, Considering concrete creep and shrinkage , system transformation and construction ballasting,the simulation analysis of the overall structure of the bridge at the various construction stage is conducted with MIDAS/Civil. Comparing the results of MIDAS/Civil ,GQJS and actual measurement record, the feasibility and accurate of MIDAS/Civil is verified.(2) This paper builds simulation model,analysis the influence of temperature on the flexibility deformation and force of box girders of long-span bridges , contrasts the result with the actual measurement record.(3) Grey system theory applied to construct control in modern large span concretebridge is in the stage of study .SCGM(1,1). model is proposed to solve the fittingand predication problem of flexibility deformation. (4) Considering the temperature or force variation influence on long cantilevergirder, SCGM(1,2)_c model is proposed to solve the fitting and predication problemof flexibility deformation and force.Through calculation,we can see the simulation model is correct. Parameters-calcuation is reasonable and influential factors of construction are considered comprehensively.The result of simulation analysis is good.After the applications, it shows higher precision and wider application prospect in small quantity data condition with SCGM(1,h)_c. |
