So, we can say that we are living in one world full of meanings. Just because the existence of these meanings, the world is in good order, Our performance-based objective becomes clear and clear. The expression to the meaning has a lot of ways, the architectural design transmits the meaning through the vision language. Any perceiving and understanding of design idea or intention need to through the expression of the concrete form-- designing language, need to be interpreted as the behavior that gives meaning to the environment. That the meaning of the form can be understood is because of the form itself has a lot of languages' exchanging characteristics: On one hand, the form itself includes some inherent information, and the lines' rhythm arouses people's certain heart experience through the personality the shape and the organization relation of lines, they are applied to the concrete vision environment, through the contextual connection, they express the specific meaning and influence people's behavior; On the other hand, to the subject of the information exchangeing--people, there are cognitive structure of understanding the information (emotion and function perceived) in our consciousness, when the information is according with our cognitive diagrammatic, the meaning of information is aroused or perceived. The final goal of the architectural design activity is the creation of an environment of the language. We create environment, are created by environment at the same time, we are edified by environment, confirm our own performance objective in the environment. Environment forms the situation of language, it makes us understand the meaning of form by various kinds of existing clue and cues us how we make a response appropriately. So, the architectural design actually is to create a form system which is formed by different kinds of environmental factors, it is transmitting the functional meaning as well as the meaning on culture, moreover, the expression of these meanings regards the environment as the background all the time. To the creation and application of the vision language, there should be a unified and clear linguistic context at first, this linguistic context is based on the function and life style, under this prerequisite we study various kinds of environmental factors by the numbers and offer a form in conformity with this. It is the creation to the space environment as well as the creation to the life style, and the latter can best reflect the marrow of architectural design activity --The design of the great man, this is the real meaning of "people first".
