The Method Of Identifying False Coins And The Techno-scheme Design Of Automatic Coin Wrapping Machine

The main topic of this paper is about techno-scheme design of automatic coin wrapping machine and the methods of identifying false coins. According to analyzing mechanism of advanced system at home and aboard, then combining the service situation and requirement of domestic users, an integrate design method is offered. The paper focused on studying coin identification testing technology based on electromagnetics, and designing corresponding syntony circuit to found a reliable dynamic technique to distinguish false coins according to the difference of the material. The paper gives scheme of minitype Mechatronics used in automatic coin wrapping, analyses work progress and structure of this system which mainly includes blue print of implement organ, precision mechanical hand fit for series coins, scheme of automatic clamp and driving system, integrate control scheme of this machine. Moreover the paper introduce the parts design of the wrap equipment in detail and make flowchart of the system based on single-chip computer control, which establishes base for further designing multifunctional machine with the functions of the autometic counting, identifying and wrapping.
