Hydraulic System CAD Environment Development And Design Method Research

As a professional application software, the hydraulic CAD system is a widely used assistant designing method in the hydraulic industry. Howerer, with the rapid development of the CAD drawing software, the computerizing and three -dimensionalizing in the manufacturing industry, the update of the national graph standard and the continous expansion of the gallery, the hadraulic system CAD has to be updated to meet these trends. This dessertation has make a deep research on these issues.First,in response to the fast development and update of the drawing software,we have made the AutoCAD 2004 developing package module, which includes desiging menu, establish latern slide, drawing graphics, making blocks and writing Lisp and DCL programmes, etc.lt can draw load speed drawing and system circuit.Second, to adopt; the computerization in the manufacturing industry and the conception of modern CAD, this system has designed the concurrent network communication module, which has employed TCP/IP protocol and Socket technology.lt realizes files transfering, information exchange and cooperative design to alter the pattern of single computer in hydraulic system design.Third, because of the three-dimension developing trend in the current manufacturing industry, this system has designed the three-dimension integration block module, and at the same time illustrated by examples how to use professional CAD system to develop three-dimension integration module.At last,im accordance with the update of the component symbol of national standard and the expansion of the professional graghs, we ameliorated the component library and strengthened the gragh management, keeping graphics file in the database to save and copy data. This requires to design the database module, including database designment, the employment of advanced connecting method ADO and selection of database patterns.To sum up, this CAD system designs six modules: calculating analysis module, AutoCAD Development Package, graphics file interaction modul, backgroud database module, Concurrent network communication module and three-dimensional integrative valve design.By this system, people can realize numerical value analysis, draw load speed graphics and system principal grapghics, read and write graphics files, files transfering, network communication and the design of three-dimension block. This makes a successful step toward the application of modren CAD integration, network and information.To be proved, it is valid to employ the above solution.
