| Scheme design is a key link of product design and an important step of determining product quality. In this thesis, the decision theory of the scheme, the reliability theory of the system and the fuzzy theory of project are adopted to study the method of scheme decision in the course of the scheme design of the multidirectional electric forklift. In addition, according to the fork's structural characteristic, the new scheme of key technology is proposed and its model of the evaluation is set up. And based on the result of evaluation the method of seeking the optimum scheme is provided. According to the index system of evaluating the electric product, the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the systematic reliability of the multidirectional electric forklift is set up. By the analysis of systematic structure and fault mode, the systematic fault tree model of the structure is established with qualitative and with fuzzy quantitative analysis about it, and the new method of quantitative fuzzy analysis of fault tree is put forward.Studies have shown that if, on the scheme design phase of the multidirectional electric forklift, the reliability and its index system are considered strictly according to design demand, the final product quality can be guaranteed effectively. |
