Cable-stayed bridge is a kind of bridge style of having lightness structure . and large span capability, which develops very quickly and steady in the past several decades. But because it belongs to indeterminate structure with high degrees, the internal force state of invariable load have many varieties, structure states take on non-linear, construction states and shape states of bridge possess relativity, especially structure systems are transforming constantly in the construction phases, and consequentially which will bring large influence of complicated internal force and displacement to bridge structure, these characteristic enable the analysis and controlling in construction state of long-span cable-stayed bridge to important research project. In the paper, based on studying and summarizing the research work of former scholar and the controlling practice of the project of highway cable-stayed bridge on Yunyang Changjiang River, construction controlling and simulation calculation of long-span cable-stayed bridge are analyzed, calculated and researched in-depth.In the first place, construction controlling both domestic and abroad and the methods of simulation and analysis in construction state on long-span cable-stayed bridge are reviewed in the paper; Then, the basic methods to be used to solve structural geometrical non-linear analysis problems at present are discussed in-depth, and the characteristic and the range in point are contrasted with each other; The main factors of affecting the geometrical non-linear of long-span cable-stayed bridge are analysed in detail, it include the domino offect of cable's drooping degree, beam-column, large displacement, and bring forward the corresponding ways and means; The methods and processes of applying the large all-purpose calculational software ANSYS to realize the structural non-linear analysis are researched, and the usage of the element capability of birth and death and the development tool APDL language with regard to apply ANSYS to realize the simulation and analysis in construction state of the cable-stayed bridge is analysed and discussed in detail; At last, the means ofapplying ANSYS to realize the simulation and calculation in construction state of the cable-stayed bridge are analysed and summarized.In the second place, aiming at the project of highway cable-stayed bridge on Yunyang Changjiang River, referring oneself to the existing theories and methods of bridge construction controlling, based on the controlling practice of the cable-stayed bridge and non-linear finite element method theory, using the large all-purpose calculational software ANSYS, introducing the element technology of birth and death, applying the development tool APDL language to do corresponding development work, compiling corresponding program in ANSYS to set up the plane model, to simulate and analysis the construction state of the cable-stayed Bridge, and comparing the calculating result with the result calculating by VSES software which is verified by practice, at the same time, the corresponding data of each construction phase are gathered in construction building site to revise the correctness and validity of the calculating result. Some useful results are got, which can be used to guide the future construction projects. In the end, the Problems exists are also given in details, which shall be solved in the future.
