Most of the paper researches the communication interface of the master and slave machine and the driver of the communication card based on WDM model. The purpose of this paper is to provide a experiment and development platform for the AC speed regulation system which occupies most of the drive field. In the paper, we give the hardware structure and some of the software realization of the driver. The platform adopts master-slave structure. The PC serves as the master and the DSP small system serves as the slave. The master and the slave communicate through PCI bus. The hardware of the communication is PCI9030. The most part of software is the development of the driver, and the application can communicate with the DSP through the driver. All the algorithms are realized in the application in the PC. DSP samples the data of the power board and motor and then sends to the application after simple disposal. When the DSP receives the data from the PC, it judges the meaning through the flat bits and then translates it into the specific data before sending it to the power-driving part. Vice versa, the PC also judges the meaning of the data which is sent by the DSP through the flag bits.After test, we can see that the communication efficiency is high.
