| Hydraulic turbine parts are severely damaged due to high sand-contend of the rivers in our country. It has become a key subject to study on corrosion mechanism and corrosion renovation materials in the foundation of hydraulic power station. Based on the characteristic of high sand-contend of the rivers in our country, corrosion mechanism and damaged feature of the hydraulic turbine parts have been researched, a new corrosion renovation materials, HDY502 low-carbon martensitic stainless steel wear resistance flux-cored wire has been development in this paper. In the procedure of exploitation the new corrosion renovation materials—HDY502, have draw lessons from the research method of wear resistance bead weld electrode, and well tried. The new exploitation corrosion renovation materials has good welding technology,good economic returns, high deposition efficiency. In the paper, have development the other new flux-cored wire, it has the same component but less content alloy system, for the purpose of certification the wear resistance of the new corrosion renovation materials —HDY502 .In the same experiment condition, we have a grain-abrasion test with the two new exploitation wear resistance masteries , the test results display the low-carbon martensitic stainless steel flux-cored wire —HDY502 have better wear resistance performance than the alloyed steel flux-cored wire —HDY704. Thought the micro-analysis of wear pattern of the deposited metal with two new exploitation flux-cored wire by scanning electron microscope (SEM), we think the cause of the materials dissipation is due to the cut of sharp grain and the expansion of local crack.Based on the machine of cut wear and the expansion of local crack, we have researched the effect of heat-treating,texture and hardness of materials, and have got some conclusion as following:The wear resistance of materials have been increased through heat-treating, the cause of high wear resistance is because the heat-treating relief the residual stress,uniform the texture and making glass hard carbide and second-phase sufficiency ,dispersion precipitation in the basal body. Because of glass hard carbide and second-phase sufficiency ,dispersion precipitation in the basal body, the new exploitation HDY502 low-carbon martensitic stainless steel flux-cored wire has more increase in the wear resistance than the HDY704 alloyed steel on account of heat-treating.The texture of slender martensite and residual austenite and dispersion hard carbide and second-phase is perfect texture for the grain-abrasion of materials. |
