The system needs the help of satellite receiving station. In the same time, the researches of encrypt & decrypt arithmetic play an important role in the analysis of satellite data. System analysis begins with system optimization theory. Analyses function and correlation of each subsystem which is a part of the whole system and the system and environment interact each other on the basis of making choice of system target and rule.
