Basing on the accident prevention, first, this system emphasize the people's safety education, driving safety reliability, vehicles administration and roads safe design and so on. Secondly, on safety measures, it embodies the humanity solicitude of roads design to users, as it can prevent the evil traffic accident from happening even if the drivers operate falsely and how to actualize emergency rescue after the accident happening in the mountain surroundings. Anyhow, this system tries hard to reduce the loss of traffic accidents through simultaneous function of multi-aspects.
