Since the 80's of 20 century, with the economic growth, lots of freeways, railways and airports have been constructed in our country. Due to the character of soft soil that has high compressibility and low intensity; some projects in this area have to solve problems in facets of stability and excessive settlement. That's to say, disposing soft soil roadbed, especially the prediction and control of settlement is a key technique problem.Being as a special soil, soft soil has very poor working property, which leads to deal with soft soil when to construct building on it. Because of its unique structure configuration, in the process of drainage consolidation, the osmosis of it varies constantly. This character must be considered when it comes to the research of soft soil roadbed distortion. On the basis of the research, which has been finished in the past, this text deduces the experimental formula about the osmosis coefficient of soft soil, which changes along with the efficiency stress under the dynamic load.Considering the fact that in the progress of drainage consolidation, soft soil' osmosis can vary, this text which bases on the Biot three-dimensional consolidation theory provides a finite element model that can simulate the soft soil roadbed's consolidation settlement development status under the dynamic load preferably and a useful tool for solving the consolidation and settlement control of soft soil roadbed after the accomplishment of project.According to the observing information, analyze the settlement rule after the accomplishment of project. The analysis about the information of delaminating settlement indicates that in the stage when the project has been finished, the settlement under the depth of grit well is dominant in the stepwise settlement development of soft soil roadbed. The drainage consolidation settlement in the depth of grit well is relatively minuteness or has been accomplished. Compare with the settlement space distributing situation under the circumstances of vacuum associate pile-load pre-press area and general pile-load pre-press area, it shows that the former is better in reducing settlement.Explore the application of gray system theory on the prediction of settlement. The essential of gray system theory is to use index function to sketch the real scatter data. We should pay attention to the following issues when using the gray model: Firstly, index function isn't the only sketch function. In order to acquire exact answer, we should choose the optimal function. Secondly, when sketching the parameter, also can use different methods to increase precision. Such as genetics arithmetic, simulations anneal arithmetic, chemo taxis arithmetic and so on.
