With the development of computer technology, its application in nuclear industry will not be restricted in scientific computation or off-line simulation. More attention will be paid to its on-line application in future. Reactor Coolant System(RCP) is one of the key subsystems of Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR) nuclear power plant, and the performance of its control system have a direct impact on the security, reliability and economic performance of the whole power plant. To make the control system of RCP be distributed control system is an ideal scenario for the process control of RCP, which is also the trend of future development. In the double-invariance operation mode, nuclear power plant can retain both the average temperature of Primary System and the pressure of Secondary System when its steady power changes. Therefore it significantly ameliorates the system-running characteristic to be more helpful in designing and general controlling for nuclear power plant. This dissertation finished the scenario of a distributed control system for model RCP which is in the double-invariance operation mode. The control system is made up of three subsystems data-acquisition, general control and command execute, and yet implemented the closed loop control of model RCP.In order to validate the scenario of model RCP distributed control system, this dissertation completed the design of a simulative control system base on 80c 196 microcontroller because of the lack of actual RCP system. The result of experimentation releases that the experimental control system can accomplish the control task of model RCP, which authenticates the feasibility of the scenario of distributed model RCP control system.
