The unmanned control in naval vessels has been realized by the propeller system, in which one of the key technology is the Electro-Hydraulic Servo of the Electro-Hydraulic framework, however, the core of the Electro-Hydraulic is the servo control of motor position, that is, the control of the servo valve. The traditional Electro-Hydraulic Servo is done by analog system, though it has many applications in engineering, a lot of shortages are existed, such as big volume, high cost, poor expended character. In the rapid development of digit technology age, choosing digital control become a important step and trend. In such background, the research based on DSP conversion controller is underway.First, the important parts of DSP outlier circuit, servo valve, servo motor and power amplifier, are programmed, chose type and modeled. Next, dynamically designing the whole system, that is, according the need to the dynamical character of the controlled object, combined with the model of system, analyzing and designing revise theory, defining the special path and parameter of revise equipment, and showing the clear connected position and manner between the revise equipment and the system, making the revised system meet the demand of dynamic character.The software and hardware of servo valve control system is designed. Hardware interface and theory of digital controller and velocity output are emphasized in hardware design section; PWM wave producing module closely related chip structure is emphasized in software design section. Because DSPs have the advantage in efficiency, speed and precision, TMS320F2407, a product of Texas Instruments Inc. , which has 12 PWM output channels, is chosen as the core chip of the digital control system. It makes the motor control more convenient.Using the low frequency and range adaptive function of the servo valve improves the sensitivity and the reliability. In dealing with the relationship of the servo valve position control and the adaptive control, the Double-loop control is adopted.
