Exploitation And Design Of Water Lubricated Dynamic Pressurize Bearings Test-bed Control System

With the development of country economic, many new environment protect products emerged as the times require. Water lubricated dynamic seal bearings have been used in many areas as their good trait. This thesis based on the contract of "machine equip design and manufacture system project" "211 project", combines the upgrade alteration of water lubricated dynamic seal bearing experimentation test-bed, in the basic of MDZ-2800 dynamic seal bearing experimentation machine, exploit the automatic control system.This thesis gives out the precept of using industry computer as control part in the basic of analyzing dynamic seal experimentation machine state and abroad, to reconstruct the water lubricated dynamic seal bearings test-bed, and improve its control precision, automation level, reliability. Then, we can get the high experiment requirement to improve the quality of dynamic seal produce.The water lubricated dynamic seal bearing experimentation test-bed is different to traditional pressurize experimentation machine, it can work under three conditions, included oil, water and grease. The oil pressure will be 32MPa, and the water pressure will be 8MPa; in the area of measure the leakage in dynamic seal, we use measure pump to gain the point; the experimentation system can install and disassemble the dynamic seal part expediently; and through the computer inspect and control system, we can test and control the leakage, pressure, temperature and rotate speed. Then we can test and control the test-bed in time.This thesis combines the characteristic of water lubricated dynamic seal bearing experimentation test-bed, expatiates the designation to mechanical control system, stresses the software, hardware design, included signal's inspect and change, data collection, in-out design etc, related inspect parameter and performance target, completed installing and debugging etc. In the LabVIEW condition, exploited a suit of software used in test-bed inspect and control system, and completed the system's fixing etc. Through the experiment, the control system can satisfy checking and controlling in time, so it has high automatic level.
