Hydraulic transmission is one of the most important drive-models in modern industry. Its study is important in practice. Because of its merits, which include compact structure, stable transmission, high-power output, convenient achieving CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission )and automatic control, the hydraulic transmission develops quickly. At first, the hydraulic system of the change-wheel garage on Chongqing light rail is systematically analyzed and designed in this paper. At the same time, according to the general structure of the garage bogie and the requirements of the environment and structure, I elicit the sketch map of the hydraulic system in this paper. After comparing and optimizing perform components, calculating and choosing hydraulic element, the applied and reasonable hydraulic system schematic diagram is given. On the basis of studying, I draw and illuminate the sequential diagram. At one time, the problems of the system, such as leakage, temperature rise and hydraulic impact, are analyzed in detail. And the solutions of the problems are given. Then I list the technical requirements of the adjustment. At last, this paper researches in detail the proportionally positional control system which is the core part of the system through modeling and analyzing static performance. The results of the research settle in theory the feasibility and reliability of the positional control system. Based on the results, we can find the system is feasible. After the test and use of the system, the theory is accurate and the results achieve the expected purpose. So the results of the research in this paper have important reference value in the theory and practice.
