On the basis of involution few teeth difference(FTD) planetary transmission , two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer is developed as a new kind of transmission device in order to adapt to new equipment of modern machine transmissions. It is made up of one-stage general cylindrical gear transmission and one-stage two-ring gear transmission. It reserve the choiceness carrying capacity and over loading capacity of the ring gear reducer, and conquer the disadvantage of disagree of the ring gear reducer. So it has important academic value and engineering practical value in analyzing and studying this new kind of transmission device on theory, and reveal the transmission mechanism , movement rule and geometrical parameters design of the two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer.On the basis of studying problems of current ring reducer, bring forward a new kind of ring reducer(two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer)in the dissertation, on the basis of discussing the main restricting condition and interference check computations condition of the inner meshing of the ring plate, a accounting programmer, which can transform the transmission of FTD into coefficient is written and designing and accounting the geometrical parameters of the reducer. Study on force performance of the two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer is carried out in this dissertation in order to study more rationality of the transmission form and resolve the problems in the practical applications .Finite element analysis is implemented on the key parts by means of I-DEAS. Intensity and carrying capacity analysis is performed quantitative analysis is performed on load distribution between meshing teeth of the two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer, on the basis of the studying we design and manufacture the sample.Experimental study on the correctness and practicability of the two-stage coaxial two-ring gear reducer sample mentioning in the dissertation is carried out in the Chong Qing university mechanical transmission nation keystone laboratory. The result indicates that the transmission efficiency of this type of sample achieve the design desire. The transmission efficiency can achieve 96% under the rating rev and torque, the other capability index also exceed the congener products in our country.
