Then presenting OOP analysis using UML (Unified Modeling Language). At last presenting the Simulation System for Dispatch Operation Ticket in Electric Network developed with OOP Visual C++. Addition, the compatibility of operator's work manner and thought habit is considered during the designing. This promotes efficiently the applicability of the softerware.The simulation system has been used at Hua Dong Power Grid, the running result present all right. Finally we propose some tentative ideas about the further expend of this software.
