With the fast development of the railway ,the request continuously increases on the steady and comfortable of the train circulation. The application of the full-span box girder is becoming more and more in the rail-bridge. The paper details the related precasting in situ craft of the full-span box girder through the engineering example of the Qin- Shen dedicated passenger traffic railway line. The paper brings up a serial of related problems and the author hopes readers make up of more knowledge on the full-span box girder to increase its standardize, normalization, mechanization degree.The concrete of the full span box girder is bigger in its quantity or weight, so that it requires highest in the construction equipments, concrete construction and launching craft of the girder. The above problems details in this paper.Now the period of construction is limited and its quality require high. The paper describes the ways of the concrete construction and protection in special climate. In the same time the author shows his view on fasten bed-turnover, Reducing the temperature crack and increasing the external appearance quantity.The load precision of prestressing force affects the bridge's usage safety and endure. The author makes use of experiment and statistics regression to prevent a new way of prestressing force load and controlling on box girder. At last the paper discuss revelent standardize of bridge.
