| According to the history and present conditions of the high strength and performance concrete , the completely quantitative method that design the high strength and performance concrete is given in this paper.There is no a universal method about manufacturing high strength and performance concrete .At present the method about the design of the high strength and performance concrete is according to the test and experience. Bolomy's strength formula of concrete is only fit to the intermediate and low strength concrete . Bolomy's strength formula also approximately reveal the regular pattern of the concrete strengthand was revised a few times. The component of the high strength and performance concrete is complex, and it is made up of sands, stones, water, cement, high-range water-reducer and mineral powder such as PFA, slag powder silica fume. At the same time, wether the high-range water-reducer is compatible with the cement muet be considered. So the method of making intermediate and low strength concrete is not fit to the high strength and performance concrete. Concrete is a local material, and its best proportion is on the basis of the peculiarity of local crude material.The completely quantitative method given in this paper may be considered a universal method about manufacturing high strength and performance concrete. Its peculiarity is as follows:The water to cement ratio and minerial dust are defined by the component of the cement. The quantity of the water is a little richer than that makes the cement completely hydrated. The dense aggregates are used to decrease the gap among the aggregate and the quantity of the cement and water. The aggregates are looked uponas spheroid whose diameter is D, then the gap among the aggregates is filled with the cement and water. During the experiment, the result of the test is satisfactory.According to the design measure of the completely quantitative method, a few experiment were made. The crude material are respectively tested. On the basis of the data of the crude material experiment and the completely quantitative method, the proportion of the crude material is counted. Then the best proportionabout the component of the concretewas defined. At last, the high strength and performance concrete whose intensity is 130 MPa after 28 days is made from the common cement whose level is 42. 5grade, broken pebble and other local material. The mechamism of the high strength and performance concrete is alse analyzed in this paper. |
