As a rising science embranchment, "Simulation technology" has developed rapidly, and especially gained more attention in military affairs, energy sources and traffic. In civil industry, emulation and modeling technology of the fastest development and highest income are the hydropower station, petrochemical industry and traffic emulation technology, including two major markets of train system in emulation of nuclear power and fire and electricity. Because the scale of the power system is bigger and bigger, the generating set develops toward large capacity and centralized control, technology is more and more complicated day by day, and the requirement of security and economical operation is very high, it is not allowed to train operating at running equipment and unit. Continue to use old training method already unable to satisfy the request for electric power equipment and training heavy unit staff. Nowadays it is generally already to adopt simulation train running personnel by emulation system domestic and international and has made good result, and has already become the legal training way.Since the beginning of the eighties, every big foreign company developed a large amount of emulation supporting software in succession. In the middle of the seventies, in the meantime of our country introducing four foreign heavy capacity, high parameter and advanced fire power mill, began to develop the first large-scale fire unit emulation train system in 1975. Target was confirmed as the first domestic 200 MW coal generating dynamotor sets. In 1982, the first China large-scale fire power emulation system was developed successfully, and become one of few minority country who can develop this type emulation machines.The first stage of 2*300 MW fire power units of SHEMEN Power Plant are the first 300 MW fire power units of electrical power industrial bureau of Hunan Province, and its characteristic is using inferior bituminous coal and anthracite, the control system is complicated, the difficulty of operating is great. In order to successfully cooperate with the operation of SHIMEN Power Plant, the province bureau determines to construct a suited 1:1 whole emulation machine.This emulation machine is developed according to C4the fire power plant's simulation training set's standard and specification requirement" of The Department of Electric Power of Ministry of Energy in the past, 1# 300 MW fire power units of SHIMEN Power Plant of Hunan Province as the emulation target, based on the requests of "technical specification book" written by emulation machine work group of Hunan Province and 1# set's data of SHIMEN Power Plant power plant. The boiler, steamer and generator of SHIMEN Power Plant's 1# set are three major dynamics factories' products of Harbin, and the boiler is a natural circulation steam stove, the steamer is a introducing steamer, the generator uses water hydrogen cooling. The unit adopts stove, machine, electric unit centralized control way.The principle that the model of unit of the boiler is designed is: regarding environment in the control room, man-machine interface as basic content, supply proper operating content on the spot; do proper simulation to its operation content, phenomenon that involve. Model design base on ministry standard, and make proper consideration according to the request of the users standardized book and reality. Emulation modeling all base on the emulation target's design information and data, and will adopt the comprehensive modeling law that combine mechanism and experiment to develop, so it can reflect starting, shutting down, and operation characteristic under normal running and various kinds of accident operating modes of the unit correctly, and it can meet the operating request of training in various kinds of running ways and accident handling.After the project was finished, the panel of expert has carried on overall test to the whole system of the simulation machine according to the request of 玹ested outlines?
