The paper has not only introduced the concept of Computer Aided Test, development course and development trend in detail and analyzed its typical structures form, but also recommend the development status of apparatus to test repeatability and reproducibility in our country. By the characteristic that Computer Aided Test overmatch tradition test and the reality that development status of apparatus to test Pneumatic brake valves performance in our country relatively backward, Through making up way, uses similar principle simulation real conditions, it combined Computer Control Technology with Electro Mechanics Integrate and Pneumatic Control Technology, formed the apparatus to test Pneumatic brake valves performance aided by computer what base on PC-DAQ bus, Thus it has solved the problem that lacks the comprehensive apparatus to test Pneumatic brake valves performance In Fu Ao carburetor limited company of the First Automobile Factory of China. It not only makes reconstruction of user program easy control and realization, but also lets the logical and the readability of the procedure better. Through using instance introduction of testing system, make reader understand the train of thought of designing. The author uses error theory to analyze about Repeatability and Reproducibility of the test result, and has drawn the conclusion that he systematic precision of measurement can satisfy the request of the products, hi a word, the paper combined the theory of Computer Aided Test with Pneumatic brake valves performance test. It expanded and tried the application of the Computer Aided Test, and contributed to the application and development of the testing theory.
