Now, CAD is already extensively applied in the each field of design o engineering. Its development and application make the traditional product desig: method and product mode take place deeply. Social and economic benefit is gotter On the backround of this, this thesis integrates the design with 3D molding of th part, assembly of parts and motion simulation by the means of development of U( on the basis of its database, and constructs CAD system of 2K-H planet reducer.After having completed design, auther summary and bring up 3D featur molding and parameterization design system of 2K-H planet reducer, especiall; sharing technique of feature parameter, its 3D molding and design data of plane reducer. This thesis establishes a set of design system of planet reducer. Th product design is combined with 3D molding and system integrater is realized b use of 3D solid molding and feature parameter design technique. The followin; accomplishments are acquired in this thesis:1. Aimming at the planet reducer series and regulation, the thesis builds ne\ product development frame based on feature parameter planet reducer. A set of 3I planet reducer design systm is established including product function design feature molding, Visual assembly etc based on UG, VC++ ,etc.2. By disassembling molding feature of planet reducer, feature molding i realized based on UG. Feature parameter molding is carried on baisis of U( development.3. This thesis realizes integration of planet reducer part design, 3D paramete feature molding, virtual assembly and simulation by means of UG development Problem of "isolated island" existed in the present design is settled.4. The thisis revises mistake that is on definition of ratio of gear pai simulation lied in the current literature of UG motion simulation. The genera formula is deduced.
