Along with the development of railway transportation and the implement of high-speed, heavy-haul transport step by step, the quality of locomotive, the safety and reliability of railway operation faced more strictly request.diesel engine was the main power source of diesel locomotive, it's quality directly determined the operation situation of diesel locomotive. The quality of locomotive inspection and repair in the locomotive depot mostly depended on the human operation. As a automatic means the Computer Measure System which has the merit of highly measure precision, little working intension and etc became more and more recognition by the locomotive depot. This thesis is base on the project of the piston and connecting rod measure system in hami locomotive depot.Firstly the thesis gave a total introduction of the system, the software parts and the hardware parts. Gave a simple introduction of the main job of the thesis. And then the measure theory and the selection of sensor was described. Base on the theory of database and network communication the thesis designed the database structure and network communication protocol.Secondly the Genetic Algorithms was used in the optimize matching problem of the piston and connecting rod. Through simulation acquired the basically parameter such as crossover mode, mutation mode, crossover probability, mutation probability and etc. and as the algorithms comparison chosen the basically Genetic Algorithms, elitist selection Genetic Algorithms and the Evolutionary Programming. Determined the Evolutionary Programming as the optimize matching algorithms.At last, in order to share the information by others built a small Web Station in main measure computer.
