| With the increase of speed and construction of the dedicated passenger line, the design of turnout is demanded to change from static design to dynamic design. Dynamic design and dynamic evaluation method of turnout are constituted necessarily under the situation. They bases on the development states of wheel/rail dynamics and wheel/rail dynamics of turnout at home and abroad. Wheel/rail dynamics model of turnout is demanded for reflecting the characters of physical model of turnout and rigidity change and wheel/rail contact change and complex irregularity. By analyzing and comparing the commercial software at home and abroad, NUCARS program is selected as the analytical tool of calculation.The geometry of turnout of France and Germany is described. It is pointed out that cubic parabola has been a development direction of geometry of the big number turnout. The geometry of the big number turnout of the Qinhuangdao -Shenyang dedicated passenger line is appraised on its design parameter. The model of "XianFengHao" vehicle is constituted by NUCARS, and the geometry is appraised on dynamic state. The geometry of number 38 turnout is compared with the round line so that proves the rationality of the chosen geometry.The complex change of wheel/rail contact relationship is one of the typical characters of turnout system. This article scatters turnout system into different points, and describes exactly the wheel/rail contact relationship of different points. The response of different points can be worked out exactly by NUCARS, and the response of the two different points can be gained by interpolation. The article constitutes the model of wheel/rail contract of turnout system, and adopts the model of "XianFengHao" vehicle to calculate the dynamic response of the number 18 and 38 turnoutes. Compared with the experiment outcome, calculation outcome is proved to be reliable. The calculation model is proved to be reasonable, and can be used for appraising dynamically turnout. |
