| With the construction of the dedicated passenger line, the demand to turnouts of dedicated passenger line has been stared in the face. Although we have progressed some theory research on develop of turnout on the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger line, the production can not direct the design of the actual high speed turnout.Based on Kinematic Gauge Optimization (KGO), Germany designed a switch called KGO. On the one hand, the structure can eliminate some lateral irregularity, on the other hand, it allows for larger cross-section switch point and decreases wear, the point life prolongs four-to-eight times compared to previous, thinner, tangential points.This paper designs a gauge-widen switch of NO. 18 turnout, and constitutes the wheel/rail contact model of it by ADAMS/Rail, also "CRH1" vehicle is constituted. The responses of the general system are offered while the train passing through the switch zone in the through route or in the divergent route. Contrasted with the dynamic characteristics to the vehicle passing the NO.18 turnout of the Qinhuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger line and the gauge-widen NO.18 turnout on the divergent route. Simulated and contrasted with the dynamic response of the general system under the situation of the changed velocity.Results indicate that the dynamic response of NO.18 gauge-widen turnout demand safety and comfort of the dedicated passenger line. The velocity which passenger vehicle passes through the turnout with gauge-widen switch on the side way may be raised.In brief, this study on the vehicle-turnout with gauge-widen switch system dynamic simulation gives some reference to the structure design of turnouts on the dedicated passenger line. |
