| This paper analyzes the present situation of country electric network alteration, referring to the existing problem of disordered management in the alteration process, puts forward a model of using GIS technology to manage the whole daily work of the alternation synthetically. Then discusses the basic theory of GIS, the principle and application of component GIS. Based on the above theory, we have designed and developed the PDGIS. It describes the project design, layout design, configuration design in the mass and the difficulty we have encountered with emphasis, and introduces the realization of some important function in detail. |
