Highway Surface Quality Management System Abstract

HSQMS-Highway Surface Quality Management System) is a computer association management system which deals with the checking and assessing of the structure of highway surfaces. This system is based on the criteria of highway checking and assessing which is published by Ministry of Communications of People's republic of China (JTJ071-98). Combining with the regulation of the road's surface and foundation, it mainly cores at the checking and assessing the highway's quality including other three assistant function parts such as the management system information about the biding, surveying and constructing.HSQMS , which is based on the blueprint of the skeleton of Road's quality checking and assessing, make full use of the computer technique to deal with the data got from the construction locations and the laboratory experiments. As a result, draw a clear conclusion from the basic data by dividing the construction project to subentry, subsection, contract, unit department. On the opposition way, the finally checking conclusion will be draw through connecting the divided unit into the required unit. Besides the main checking function part, it is comprised of other three functions such as managements of persons, equipments and companies.HSQMS use many different and agility way to asses a project mainly subject to the popularly separating of a project. Every client meets his own needs from the using it to check or assess a unique part. On the part of imputing the checking data, it supplies many normal checking ways in common use such as stress and steel strength, pressing level and so on. Basing on the imputing data, the final and mid-term result can be got or transferred to other part of the system which at last give the conclusion. It makes the client be convenient to the tired job with its multi facility and capability of managing the complexity information of different projects.This product is applicable to the owner, constructor arid surveying engineer. Its four main uses list as checking and accepting criteria for owner, surveying tools for engineer at the building location and the constructor himself checking his own detail work.
