Prestressed technology can improve the strength and rigidity and stability, and adjust the dynamic performance of steel structure. Based on the analysis of stress theory and loading draft of prestressed steel structure, a kind of prestressed structure had been designed for bridge crane box girder. Through the static and dynamic computation, the prestressing formula and the method had been derived and had been extended to application because of they conform the national normative law , and inferred the conclusion that the static strength and rigidity and stability and fatigue strength of the prestressed crane-box-girder is further more advancement compare to the general crane-box-girder, and the dynamic performance had been improved by control the frequency of the prestressed-crane-box-girder. Further more, through the nonlinear analysis and computation on bracing wire, and combined with the concrete engineering case, a applicable prestressing-control-method of deflection had been induced that can derive the computation of prestressed force and self-prestressed force on bracing wire. Based on it, the self-prestressed force nonlinear-computation can simplify to the linear-computation quickly and safely through inducting the coefficient ( ) of the self-prestressed force. So, we can improve the performance of crane-box-girder at any time.
