Study On Design Of Modern Multi-Function Plaza For Urban Civilians

City plaza, as a very important element of a city ,its development companied with the urban evolutional history and witnessed the rise and decline of city development, it is a vivid portrayal of urban development of economic and culture. Even to nowadays, the city plaza still plays a very important role in urban construction. The purport of construction of Modern city plaza lie in providing a stage which is full of human feeling for citizens' activity and contacts while creating material wealth, propagating urban culture and reflecting urban spirit.As the public space which contact citizen life closely, Modern city plaza has gone out of the times of single function, its content and function are becoming more complicated as well as the style more various. Under this background, how the city plaza reflects the care to this general crowd of citizens is a primary issue. Only by humanized design can it make the plaza not only the museums of the city, but also a living room of a city which is yearned by the citizens.This composition is not disputing the necessity of Urban plaza construction in our country or how could we create a formally beautiful plaza. Its destination is to discuss that , after analyzing some constructed plaza and based on the citizen's requirements , how can we improve the design of urban plaza which plays a important role in our daily life. The study object limits in the modern city plaza of some capital cities in China.At first ,we can define the background of modern plaza's appearence and the function of it through analyzing modern plaza's evolution .Second, explain the existing problem of urban plaza at the present stage of our country.At last ,through study of urban plaza's conformation ,analyzing of some examples and research of North square of Da Yan Tain Sian,We can summarize some designing trends of the modern city plaza in China,and more , provide corresponding suggestion to amend some existing defects.
