| In this paper, the technic of faults diagnosis in the propeller rotor of WJ6 engine is discussed amply. The lower-band spectrum caused by unbalancing rotor and eccentric error of primary axes is analysised firstly. The vibration of basic factors and its features caused by the basic member are discussed, such as turbo-propellers, planetary-reducer and bearings. It is stressed in this paper the analysis methods used in vibration faults of average power spectrum and cepstrum, based on the fast fourier transform algorithm, and development of the vibration signal analysis system in test-driving of WJ6 engine, involved the technic of software or hardware. Using this system the faults of engine rotor will be finded out by surveillance vibration wave in time domain and power spectrum real-timing or analysis the fringe band of tooth-frequency of planetary-reducer.The vibration analysis system developed in this paper has been applied to WJ6 engine test-driving platform under operating. The results show that the system is suitable and effective in aeroengine vibration testing claim. |
